Nicola Puckey acting as a sole trader (is thereafter referred to as Bombura).

Bombura reserves the right at any time to accept or decline your order, or limit the order quantity for any reason.

In the event of there being a problem with your order we will promptly make contact with you.

If you make the decision not to proceed with your order please contact us straight away.

Once the order has been despatched you will be liable for any delivery charge due. Under these circumstances please return your order to us immediately and a refund for the full price of goods purchased will be given, excluding delivery charges. Stock permitting, all orders are usually despatched within 48 hours, and are aimed to arrive with UK customers within five working days.

If a situation arises where circumstances are beyond our control Bombura will not be held responsible.

In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives.

Delivery charges are £3.50 for 1 product / £5.50 for 2+ products.

Europe
Delivery charges are £10.50 for 1 product / £15.00 for 2+ products.

Please email Bombura to confirm delivery charges.

All overseas deliveries are subject to local import duties and taxes, and may be affected by Customs and Excise delays. Please note that Bombura cannot be liable for any local import duties and taxes imposed.

Acceptance of order:
Placing an order through the website is notification that you agree with our terms and conditions. These terms and conditions will be updated as the need arises, please keep yourself familiar with these changes.
We have made every effort to display all our products as accurately as possible. However as colours and images vary depending on your own monitor and browser we cannot guarantee that products will be exactly as seen on your monitor. Most products have been described with sizes/lengths given as accurately as possible.

Price
All prices are quoted in £ Sterling and are exclusive of postage and packaging unless otherwise stated.

The total price of the transaction will be provided for you before you complete your purchase.  In the event of a pricing error Bombura reserves the right not to supply this item.

Payment
Bombura will only take payment from a customer once the validity of the order has been checked with confirmation that the product is in stock and is ready to dispatch.

If the product is not currently in stock, Bombura will notify the customer and either inform the customer when the product will be in stock, offer an alternative product or cancel the order.

Acceptance
The Customer shall inspect the goods within a reasonable time after their receipt. (This does not however affect the customer's statutory rights).

Returns Policy
We offer a 14-Day Money Back Guarantee.
If any item is not what you required then just notify us by email/post (stating reason for return) within 14 days of receipt.
We will then issue you with either a refund or allow you to exchange the item. When refunding the customer, postage costs on the original order are not refunded.
Items must be returned in a resalable condition otherwise no refund can be given. Please send items back via recorded delivery for your own proof of delivery. This postage cost is not reimbursed (unless item is damaged/faulty).

Please note: We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once it is received by us. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 25% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

Damaged/faulty/incorrect goods
Please check your goods on delivery. If items do arrive damaged/faulty please let us know within 7 days and arrange to post them back to us via recorded delivery. The same procedures apply on the rare occasion the goods are incorrect.
